This was my first summer stock theater show. I built and choreographed shadow puppetry sequences for Colorado Shakespeare Festival’s THE TEMPEST. We used puppetry to establish Prospera and Miranda’s backstory on how they came to be on a remote island. Shadow puppetry was also used to complement the original music and songs made for this production (Ariel plays music and sings throughout).
